The wrong shirt was sent and after alerting Customer Service, eventually they sent a return label. However, despite admitting the error, they wouldn’t send the correct item until they received the wrong item they sent from the beginning (Greenskeeper polo, on the right side in the picture attached).
After sending out the item in the original box with the return label provided, the tracking number was updated with the following status via USPS:
“Your item was returned to the sender on March 28, 2023 at 8:21 am in CAMARILLO, CA 93010 because of an incomplete address.“
After this was confirmed, I asked for a refund, which they provided, but I’m very disappointed at how this was handled. The original shirt should’ve been shipped immediately after the error was reported.
Matthew, thank you for calling us out on our mistake. It will only help us build better protocol in place moving forward. When you alerted us of our error we sent you a return label that same day.
There should have been no reason why USPS returned the package to you because of an 'Incomplete Address'. Unfortunately we have no control over this and we are investigating with USPS why this even happened. We did go ahead and refund you the full amount of your discounted item.
Shirt is very unique. Great pattern, not my normal blue and very solidly built. Generous fit. I ordered a medium and it was too blousy. Returned for small and no hassle, same discount applied. Quick shipping. I'll be back!!!
This is the second shirt I’ve purchased from Birdiethreads and it stemped at a 10.5! The price was good, the shipping was fast and the shirt was wonderful. Fit, finish, comfort are top notch!

This polo was absolutely awesome in the the Maui heat! Smooth breathable fabric and colors to match the Hawaiian landscape. Can’t wait for my next shirt! Eagle on #4 at Kaanapali Royal course is directly attributed to wearing this garment! (Shot 99)
